Its design is geometrical, clear, straightforward and elegant. The current trend towards purist style is literally "defused", i.e. fewer sharp edges and less aggressive: user friendly. By omitting visible joints cleaning is made much easier.
 
The amount of water delivered is further controlled by swinging the water jet regulator upwards. A light trickle is therefore delivered at the same angle as when the tap is on "full".
